How Billing Works

1. Subscription Overview

  • After your 3-week free trial, the subscription is £12 per employee per month.
  • You can cancel anytime – access continues until the end of the current month.
  • No contracts, no hidden fees.

2. Free Trial to Paid Subscription

  1. During the free trial, we’ll support your first 2 staff members.
  2. Towards the end of the 3 weeks, we’ll check in with you to confirm how many employees you’d like to continue with.
  1. Once confirmed:

○ You are added to the monthly subscription starting the 1st of the next month.

○ Any additional employees added mid-month will be invoiced pro-rata (see example below).

  1. You’ll receive an email from us with a confirmation and payment setup, which can be handled via GoCardles (Direct Card) or card.

3. Monthly Billing Cycle

  • Payments are collected on the 1st of every month.
  • All active employees at the start of the month are included in the recurring payment.

4. Adding Employees Mid-Month

  • You can add employees anytime.
  • We calculate a pro-rata charge for the remaining days of the month.
  • All new employees are added to the regular monthly billing on the 1st of the next month.

5. Removing Employees

  • You can remove employees anytime.
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for the current month.

7. Payment Methods

  • Payments are processed via GoCardless (direct debit) or card.
  • One-off pro-rata charges are invoiced professionally for mid-month additions.
