We offer 1:1 coaching sessions for your team, focusing on one clear area at a time to boost energy, focus, and overall performance. We check in with staff every 1–4 weeks for up to 10 minutes, depending on their needs.

How long is the free trial?
About 3 weeks. We speak to each staff member up to 3 times during this period and provide a progress report so you can see impact early.
How much does it cost after the trial?

Do I need to set up anything for my team?
Very little. To start the trial, just provide basic details for two team members—names, email addresses, and phone numbers—via our Free Trial Sign-Up form. We handle the rest, contacting them directly to book coaching calls and managing ongoing coaching after the trial.
Can I track progress?
Yes. You’ll get a monthly report highlighting overall wellbeing, trends, and staff who might need extra support—before issues escalate.
Can I add or remove employees, or cancel?
Yes. You can add staff anytime (pro-rata charge for the rest of the month), remove them anytime (they keep access until month-end, no refund), and cancel anytime (service runs until the end of your current month). See an example on our billing page: How Billing Works
